What do we do after our team takes a personality test?

Perhaps the most critical question! Tests are no good if you get the results and then forget about them. The first step is to make a plan with your team on how you would like to move forward. At a minimum, use the test results as a way to start a conversation. The test results are a no-fault method of addressing communication conflicts.
